                                                                       Job Description
What you will be doing?
As a Business Analyst, you will have an opportunity to work with global customers across industries (Travel & Transportation, Hospitality, Financial Services, Retail, Telecommunications, etc…) to implement Loyalty Solutions using the GRAVTY® platform.

Specifically, your role will involve a combination of the following functions:

⇒ Product Implementation – Design and implement modern loyalty solutions using the GRAVTY® platform.
⇒ Business Analysis – Analyse clients’ needs, pain points, and opportunities to drive improvements in the GRAVTY® platform.
⇒ Execute Product lifecycle processes – Perform Product research, Market research, Competitor analysis, Product positioning, Roadmap development, Project collateral design, Sales support, and Product launch.

What you will bring along?
You should be a 2022/2023 graduate with one of the following degrees BBA/BBM, B.Sc (Statistics/CS), B.Com, or BA (Mass Comm/Economics) with the following attributes:

Additional Information:

This is an Internship to Full-time Employment opportunity.

The internship is for 6 weeks duration. You will be trained in the GRAVTY® platform and work on simulated business scenarios to create Loyalty programs on your own. You will be constantly challenged with group-based tasks and individual assignments. Based on your performance during the internship period, you will be offered a full-time position as a Business Analyst at the end of 6 weeks.

During the 6 weeks of internship, we offer a total stipend of INR 15,000. The full-time offer will range between INR 3-4 LPA based on your performance during the internship period.

This role requires you to be at an office location in Hyderabad.
